The land on which Mak Nuk Village is located is a deeded property with all proper title searches completed and registered by a qualified Notary. The property is unencumbered by liens, taxes, prior owners or any government encumbrances. All required permits and approvals have been obtained for development of Mak Nuk Village.

Development and Construction of Mak Nuk Village.
Mike is responsible for the marketing and sales of Mak Nuk Village. With his
experience and contacts in the clothing optional industry, he plans on
reaching the potential clients through targeted emails, nude travel groups
web sites and trade shows. In addition, due to the significant ROI for
owners, several local real estate firms have expressed a strong interest in
marketing the project.
Mak Nuk Village Condo Hotel
Mike will be responsible for establishing a marketing and reservations
program to assure high occupancy of the hotel, and will be the general
manager for day to day hotel operations along with his wife Christine who
will handle guest services.
Mike and his wife Chrissy have lived in the Caribbean since 1989, and the
Mexican Riveria for the last 12 years. Mike has been involved in the Caribbean
real estate and hotel industry the entire time. He has worked for some of the
industry resort leaders in various levels of responsibilities in real estate, hotel sales,
marketing and operations. Mike and Chrissy got involved in the Clothing
Optional Resort industry 6 years ago when they worked at the only 5 star
clothing optional resort in Mexico as a husband and wife team in charge of
member service's and sales, gaining insight and first hand knowledge of the
market. During that time they started and currently still operate the first
nude day sail in Mexico, the HotinPlaya Nude Cruise.
They also own and operate Caribe Excursions an online marketing and booking agent for over
50 boat operators throughout the Caribbean, from private sail boat charters
for 6, to 60 passenger day sail boats for the cruise ship industry. In addition,
Chrissy and Mike have been avid nudist since they first met in the 80s!
Tove Fridlund, Project Director and Co-Owner
Development and Construction of Mak Nuk Village
Tove is responsible for the project management of building Mak Nuk Village,
including over seeing the design, and selection of contractors, and materials.
She is also responsible for managing the construction progress and assuring
the project is on time and within budget. With her many years of experience
in construction, she will insure Mak Nuk Village is built to the highest quality
standards, as would be expected in a home built in the States.
Tove has been a contractor for over 30 years, building and remodeling
apartment buildings, industrial commercial buildings, private homes and
hotels in her native Sweden. Since moving to Mexico 5 years ago, she has
been involved in several real estate projects. Her last project was completely
reconstructing an abandoned 6,000 sf Casona "Grand House" built in the
1880s in Merida Yucatan. Called "The Regal House" it is in the heart of the
historic district and is 2 blocks from the oldest cathedral in North America
and has now been placed in the State of Yucatan historical register.
Tove and her son Daniel, who has been educated in Sweden and Australia in
the design of fine furniture, own and operate Muebleria. A Mexican furniture
manufacturing company that primarily exports to Europe and the States.
Muebleria specialize in the manufacture of custom fine furniture utilizing
Daniel's designs, and they will be designing and suppling Mak Nuk Village
with custom furniture and interiors.
Antonio Sanchez Nunez, Ekos Arquitectura S.A. DE C.V.
Architect and General Contractor for Mak Nuk Village
Antonio is from Cuernavaca Morelos Mexico and graduated from U.A.E.M
(Universty of Morelos) with a degree in architectural design, he continued his
education in landscape and irrigation design at the University of North
Carolina. After finishing his studies he received a 2 year internship with a
prestigious architectural firm in Frankfurt Germany. After returning to
Mexico , Antonio established his firm in 1998 and is now one of the most
sought after architectural construction firms in the Mayan Riveria with over
40 projects to their credit.
In 2004 his father, Octavio Antonio Sanchez Mutio, degreed in Architectural
Design and Structural Engineering, retired from one of the largest and
oldest construction firms in Mexico with over 200 projects to his credit.
Octavio joined his son and manages the actual construction projects with
Antonio handling the design, costing and bidding process. Another son and
brother Octavio Jr., is also with the firm in the capacity as business
manager.
Ekos Arquitectura has a solid reputation for designing and building high
quality projects on time and within budget and comes highly recommended.
One of their latest projects is a 5 story building with underground parking on
Playa Del Carmens famous 5th avenue, the 1st floor contains 2 restaurants
and a clothing store, the 2nd floor is Playa's largest gym, the upper 3 floors
consist of 8 luxurious condominiums that were sold with an average price of
$850,000 USD. The whole complex is over 48,000 sf of air conditioned space.
The developers of this project are personal friends, they have used Antonio
for several projects, and referred and highly recommended Antonio to us.
